  1.                    FONT HEAVEN DISTRIBUTION INFORMATION

  3. Font Heaven may be freely distributed as long as the following
  4. requirements are followed:
  5.  
  6. 1) None of the Font Heaven files are modified.
  7. 2) All Font Heaven files (except fonts) are distributed.  The font disks
  8.    that come with the registered version of Font Heaven are for
  9.    registered users only.
  10. 3) Any organization paying royalties on any product or has paid any fee
  11.    for the right to distribute any product must obtain written permission
  12.    from Valley Programming to distribute Font Heaven.
  13. 4) No more than $5.00 may be charged for the distribution of the Font
  14.    Heaven files without written permission from Valley Programming.
  15. 5) Font Heaven may not be distributed on CD-ROM without written
  16.    permission from Valley Programming.
  17. 6) Any media (catalog, flyer, disk, etc.) which Font Heaven is advertised
  18.    in must be mailed to Valley Programming within 30 days of distribution.
